The eucalyptus family is one of the most useful essential oils for helping relieve symptoms of the common cols, the flue and any other type of congestion
I like to use Eucalyptus globulus mixed with the essential oil peppermint and Eucalyptus Radiata Essential oil for deep chest congestion. The peppermint opens
the air way to reduce swelling and the eucalyptus oil combination helps to move the mucus out.
Many cold and flu remedies like vicks vapor rub include the power of camphor and eucylptus. But these products also include petrolium based chemicals which can
