A basic review of your high school chemistry will show the truth about minerals and their size. An atom is the smallest form of a mineral. When atoms group together, they form molecules. Then a bunch of molecules are a
particle. The only thing smaller than a atom is electrons, protons, and neutrons. But at that level, it is no longer considered a certain mineral. So the atom is the smallest level that it can still be called a mineral.
What is the purpose of eating. It is not jus for the taste of it. Some bitter nasty herbs are very helpful. You eat to get MINERALS!. You chew to break them into smaller pieces so that they can be broken down into smaller
pieces and then broken down even smaller through digestion. Ant then hopefully they are small enough to enter the human cell and be used for energy and building of the human body.
